Ordering & Products
Are your products made to order?
Yes. All physical products are printed on demand, which means each item is created specifically for your order.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have entered production. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
Do you offer personalization or custom orders?
At this time, we do not offer custom personalization beyond what is shown in the product listing.
Shipping
How long does it take to receive my order?
Production times vary by product, as each item is printed and bound before shipping. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide but are not guaranteed.
Who do you ship with?
Shipping methods vary depending on the product and destination. Orders shipped to military APO/FPO and diplomatic DPO addresses are sent via USPS.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not offer international shipping for physical items at this time.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
No. Because all items are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and determine eligibility for a refund or replacement.
What if my package is marked delivered but I can’t find it?
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. Please contact the carrier directly. We are happy to assist where possible.
Printables & Digital Products
How do I access my printable purchase?
Digital products are available for download after checkout. You will also receive a download link via email.
Do you offer refunds on digital downloads?
Due to the nature of digital products, all printable sales are final.
Can I share or resell printables?
No. All printables are for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.

Absolutely. Many of our books and journals are designed with gifting in mind and are perfect for thoughtful, meaningful occasions.
