Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak seasons or sales periods, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $35. For orders below $35, a flat shipping fee applies at checkout.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Mirabilia Darline.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status directly through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check your tracking information. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us at the email provided on our Contact page and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Mirabilia Darline is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately and we will do our best to make the correction before the order ships.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the item and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
