At Mirabilia Darline, each item is created with care and produced on demand. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, or preference.

We encourage you to review product details carefully before placing your order.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to make it right.

To request a replacement or resolution, please contact us at mirabiliadarline@gmail.com
 within 5 days of delivery and include:

Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

As all products are made to order, we do not accept returns on:

Printed journals, books, and planners
Custom or personalized items
Sale items or gift cards
Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases where a replacement is not possible. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to complete processing.
